The Inhabit Module comes with several layout options.
"Layout" refers to the placement of walls, doors, windows etc...
Select from either of these module layouts to begin designing your ideal building. All module layouts have an array of features that can be added to their particular layout.
All modules can be connected together for larger floor plans.
MODULE OPTIONS
By selecting one or more of the following module layouts and adding any of the optional features, you can create a wide variety of buildings. From workspaces and home offices to studio flats and Airbnb units, or even houses and office blocks made up of several or dozens of units that interlock into large superstructures.
Our modules are fabricated off-site and then delivered to your location, where they are easily placed and bolted together to create permanent, long-lasting buildings that can still be moved or rearranged in the future.
With Inhabit, the possibilities are endless.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Our qualified team of experts has spent years creating and improving the design and engineering of our modules. These modules are intelligently designed to be lightweight, efficient, strong, and durable, while also making the lightest possible footprint on the environment.
We begin by constructing a structural steel frame, which is then reinforced and supported by a light steel frame. Lightweight insulated concrete is then carefully poured into the forms. Once set, these panels are used to construct the walls and floors, creating a beautiful, lightweight, yet very strong Inhabit module.
Constructing these units off-site allows us to consistently provide the highest level of workmanship. The modules are meticulously fitted to the client's exact requirements and delivered to the site within six weeks of ordering.

Floors
A grid layout of structural steel angles that support insulated reinforced polystyrene concrete panels (IRPC), which then receive a screed and a floor covering of the clients choice.
Roof
The roof is made up of sandwiched fire-retardant polystyrene panels with an IBR sheeting on the top side, and powder coated white aluminium sheeting on the under side.
Dimensions
Each module has a footprint of 6m long by 3m wide, and a height of 2,7m. The modules are lightweight, allowing for units to be delivered with crane trucks, and relocated later if necessary.
Walls
140mm walls consist of 2 layers of insulated reinforced polystyrene concrete, insulation, and a light steel frame. With an outer layer of glass fibre reinforcing and a fireproof plaster.
Foundations
Rapid Root Pile foundations are used to create stable and secure foundations in any terrain, with minimal impact to the site. Concrete blocks can also be used on some sites.
Modular
Modules can be joined together to create larger units. Modules can be added, removed, or re-arranged over time, allowing for layout changes and upgrades in the future.
